The OASAS PRISMS System helps identify risk factors and consequences of youth alcohol and substance abuse in New York State counties and New York City zip code neighborhoods. This community-level risk information can alert local goverments, prevention planners, and service providers to those areas where alcohol and other substance abuse risks and problems are greatest.
