Home OASAS Services Credentialing

Fee Schedule

All fees are non-refundable and must be made payable to "NYS OASAS". Personal checks can only be accepted for renewal of a credential.  All other fees must be made in the form of a certified check or money order.

CASAC

  • Application Processing Fee:  $100
  • Computer Based Examination Fee: $245
    • Examination Retest Fee: $245
  • CASAC Trainee Certification Extension Fee:  $100
  • Renewal Fee:  $150
  • Renewal Late Fee:  $25 for every six-month period, or part thereof, past the expiration date of your credential

CPP/CPS

  • Application Processing Fee: $100
  • Credential Upgrade Fee:  $50
  • Computer Based Examination Fee: $170
    • Examination Retest Fee: $170
  • Renewal Fee:  $150
  • Renewal Late Fee:  $25 for every six-month period, or part thereof, past the expiration date of your credential
